Following the release of the superb compilation celebrating twenty-five years of Moodmusic Records comes the label’s first EP of 2022.

And no one better than the boss to open fire. With one of his most celebrated aliases, Sasse brings us a new release called Belters Dreams, which he completes with a mix called 89 House mix.

As is evident from the name of the remix, Sasse once again sets about the task of crafting dreamy House with psychedelic, danceable touches. In a progression that begins with a complex rhythmic pattern, the evolution of the track is simple and effective, based on a cosmic-influenced melody.

 

Organic, analogue sounds that immediately transport us to places we always love to go back to, during more than eight minutes that become short.

The 89 House mix starts with a more direct rhythm, partially stripping the original and reducing its length.

As it could not be otherwise, and as we could glimpse in that magnificent interview he gave us a few weeks ago, Klas starts the year with force, and we must stay alert because surprises are coming from his hand and on several of his labels.
