Manuel Tur is having an intense and productive start to the year 2022, and because of this we have already featured him several times on our virtual pages. This year has seen the birth of his new record label, Spaced Repetitions, with a superb debut EP (read our review here), and now he returns to his long-time home, Freerange Records.
On the London-based label founded by Jimpster and Tom Roberts, the German-Spanish producer’s new EP, Love Me Well, will appear on April 29th. Manuel is one of the best house surgeons, a true explorer of all aspects of the style who always delivers very interesting work. Variety and quality always go hand in hand in his releases, something that is not always easy to combine and that experience helps to achieve.
On this EP there are three tracks, opening with the title track with a Deep influence and an emotive nocturnal mood, followed by Paperasse, a track with an infectious rhythm and an absolutely hypnotic pattern that will get the listener dancing. Closing the EP is Touch Move, which enters Minimal terrain with good Acid dressing.
At this rate, if his production doesn’t decrease, we’ll have to give Manuel a fixed section in 1051 Magazine for his own merits :).
